Shamsher Nijjar
Founder & Lead Designer
Shamsher is the Founder and Lead Designer of Zenko Studios, bringing a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project. A graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) in 2022, he has built a strong foundation in spatial planning, architectural principles, and technical detailing.
Over the past three years, Shamsher has specialised in cabinet-making drawings and commercial fit-out plans, developing a deep understanding of construction documentation and buildability. His work is grounded in precision and clarity, ensuring that every design concept transitions seamlessly from vision to execution.
With a minimalist design philosophy, Shamsher blends form and function to create interiors that are refined, practical, and purpose-driven. His approach prioritises spatial efficiency, material integrity, and long-term usability, delivering environments that not only look elevated, but perform exceptionally.
Gurjot Kaur
Co-Founder & Assistant Designer
Gurjot is the Co-Founder and Assistant Designer of Zenko Studios, known for her sharp eye for detail and passion for creating meaningful, beautifully balanced spaces. She believes that great design should reflect each client’s story, blending aesthetics with thoughtful functionality.
Working closely with clients and the design team, Gurjot helps transform ideas into warm, cohesive interiors where every element feels intentional and authentic. Her collaborative spirit, creativity, and dedication contribute to the signature experience Zenko Studios provides, one rooted in care, clarity, and connection.
